Application Notes 2605: How to Use Vessel Forks in Vascular Dissection & Surgery?

The vessel forks can be used during vascular many surgical and dissection procedures.

I. During dissection, following steps can be taken: (1) Horse-backing on the vessel of interest;
(2) Scribing gently along both sides of the vessel; (3) Turning the fork tool side way and lifting the vessel, before cutting vessel with a micro scissors;

II. During surgery, insert the forks underneath the vessel of interest to create necessary spacing before vessel and connective tissues, to facilitate surgical procedures on the vessel.
